A minimum stay of two nights is required for the Spring and Fall Antique Shows.

Cottages are King Beds.

Continental Breakfast items provided in room at check-in.  (Typically our breakfast items include breakfast bars and snacks with a choice of juices, tea and coffee (Keurig).  Condiments are available such as sugar, sweetener, coffee creamer, salt and pepper)

State/local taxes are INCLUDED in your nightly rate.  No additional taxes or fees will be added.

We used Paypal in a manner where we will invoice you and through the privacy of your own home or office you may enter your credit card information. 50% will be charged at booking or first night will be charged unless other arrangements are made.
