Policies and Disclaimers

• We are pleased to announced that once you have made a reservation, Dragonfly Cottages will provide you an Invoice whereaupon you may use any Credit Card to pay through PayPal!

   

  If your arrival date is more than 14 days from the date of the booking, 50% (or one night's rental) of the total charges must be received within three days of the booking date, or the reservation will be cancelled unless other arrangements are made. 

• Balance of payment is due one week before arrival at Dragonfly Cottages & RV, LLC.

• Antique Show and MS150 cancellation are required at least 30 days before reservation date and are only refundable if we are able to re-book the room unless other arrangements are made.

• In the future, for the Fall 2016 Antique show requires 2 nights will be considered under special circumstances.  

• State /local taxes are INCLUDED in your nightly rate and will not be added.

• Pricing is based on single/double occupancy for a night stay.

• Continental breakfast items will be provided in room.

• Specific rates are outlined on the Pricing page.

• Check-in time is 3PM and check-out 10AM unless other arrangements have been made.

• No smoking is allowed indoors in any guest rooms. Outside smoking is allowed off the portch HOWEVER, every consideration for fire safety and cigarette disposal is required particularily when there is a burn ban in Fayette County.   Smoking in the room will result is a charge of $250.00 to clean.  Remember, during the antique show, when you leave, others are following behind you. 

• Guest will be responsible for payment in full, or reimbursement of same,  for any/all damages to property and/or furnishings caused by misuse or negligence by guest.

• We require a 14 day notice for a refund of booking charges (less a $50 processing fee), with the exception of the Antique Festival, MS150 and Holidays.

• Antique Festival, MS150 and Holidays require a 30 day notice and will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the room.

• Check-in 3:00 PM
• Check-out is 10:00 PM
• No smoking in any guest rooms 
• No pets are allowed

By your occupancy, you voluntarily accept these policies in full and all associated charges.
